  1. Can you make more than one build in a turn?

  2. I have a question…. if there is a 5 and a 7 on the board and I have a 2 in my hand can I just put the two from my hand on the 5 say 7 and pick up 7 because there's a 7 on the board.

  3. Can you add cards in the middle like lets say there is a 6 and an ace in the middle. Can i say bulding on 7 and put 6 + 1 together rhan my 7 ontop and take it.

  4. My dad and I played this all the time but we built on Jacks and Queens as well. We considered Jacks as 11, Queens as 12 and Kings as 13. So, if I was holding a 2 and a King (13) and there's a Jack (11) on the table, I could add the 2 to the Jack (11) and build Kings (13). Then pick up that combo on my next turn. Also, if there were cards totaling 11, 12, or 13, we used a face card to pick them up. For example, a 7 and a 5 equals 12, so we'd pick them up with a Queen.

  5. How do you win? First person to get up to 21 right?

  6. It's better if someone is playing the game and show you this was kind of boring and not that detailed

  7. Can you intentionally trail even if you can play?

  12. I've always been told that the small casino (2 of spades) have a worth of 15 on hand, and a worth of 2 on board. Same goes for the big casino (10 of diamonds) just one larger; 16. and worth 10 on board. I've also been told i cannot build with an ace. *Because aces are point cards, and count as 14 on hand and 1 on board. unless they are already on the bord, where they are worth one. Then again we might play by different rules, as most do. I'd love to see if anyone else has a diversion of the rules that they want to share. Thanks for the video!

  13. I played a variation of this with my father called Royal Casino, where you could build 11, 12, and 13 for the J, Q, and K.

  19. Million Dollar Potential in Ruvol

I have invented a Board Game [still unpublished and not yet out in the market] that is guaranteed to be far more challenging and exciting than CHESS. I called it “RUVOL.”

Over time, Ruvol will surpass chess as the “Number One Board Game in the World.”

Why am I so sure about this? Because I am an avid chess player myself.

The weakness of chess is it always starts in fixed positions that the opening moves become “memorizable.” In fact, not a few have so mastered the moves that they can play against their opponents “blindfolded.” It is for this very reason that the great Bobby Fischer introduced his so-called “Fischer Random Chess,” where the starting position of the pieces is “randomized” to make the memorization of openings impracticable. Fortunately, it is also for this reason that I invented Ruvol where “every game” has been calculated to be a challenging one to play.

    HOW IS RUVOL PLAYED?

Ruvol is played somewhat like chess. It is played by two players. It uses a board that is rectangular in shape but contains more number of squares than chess. It has equal number of pieces on each side of the board, where each type of piece moves in distinct ways. However, if the way to win chess is to checkmate the opponent’s king, the way to win Ruvol is to be able to cross a designated line.

But there’s one big advantage Ruvol has over chess: The Ruvol pieces are randomly placed at the start of “every game” which makes it impossible for any clever player to memorize the moves.

A MILLION DOLLAR POTENTIAL IN RUVOL!

The people who play chess will be the same people who will play Ruvol. In my Google search, I learned there are around 800 million chess players in the world. These 800 million players comprise the “Total Potential Buyers” of Ruvol across the globe. At an average profit of just US$3 per set, the “Global Income Potential” of Ruvol then is US$2.4 billion. Assuming only 1% of it will buy each year, the annual global potential sale of Ruvol is US$24M.

I AM LOOKING FOR AN INVESTOR!

For the reason that I don’t have the resources to publish Ruvol on a global scale, you might be interested to have the exclusive right to manufacture and market Ruvol globally under a “licensing agreement.” Or better yet, just “BUY MY COPYRIGHT” and Ruvol is entirely yours. 20. I played this with my gma growing up. She was born in 1903 and she had learned it from her mother who had learned it from her mother. She called it CASINA and the scoring was a little different. NATURAL POINTS: Cards=2pts, Spades=2pts, Big Cuss (10 of diamonds) was 2pts, Little Cuss (2 of spades) was 1pt, Aces 1pt each. UNNATURAL POINTS: came from sweeping (picking up the last card(s) from the table and those are 1pt each. Great game!!!

  21. My brother and me play a version of this game called “Four on the Board”. Essentially, you do the same matching with no builds. Winner is the player with the most cards.

  22. Business Opportunity in Ruvol

I have invented a Board Game [still unpublished and not yet out in the market] that I believe is guaranteed to be as challenging and exciting as CHESS. I called it “RUVOL.”

It is my hope that one day Ruvol may surpass chess as the “Number One Board Game in the World.”

HOW IS RUVOL PLAYED and HOW YOU CAN MONETIZE IT?

I detailed everything in my YouTube video. Here is the link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jcqth0m3-R0

    BIG MONEY POTENTIAL IN RUVOL!

It is worthwhile to note that the people who play chess will be the same people who will play Ruvol. In my Google search, I learned there are around 800 million chess players in the world. Even just a small percentage of these 800 million is good enough to earn big money from Ruvol either as an ONLINE GAME BUSINESS or as a PHYSICAL PRODUCT DISTRIBUTOR.

  23. Hi everyone!!
Where can I play this game online to practice?? I have been looking and I can’t find a website

  24. One occasion that can occur is not mentioned here: You can clear the table. This is called a "tout", French for all. Every time you clear the middle you are awarded an extrapoint. This can happen either if you can add up all cards in the middle with one card of your hand or if you can build up cards to the same sum twice or even three times. Example: In the middle there is a 2, 6, 5 and 3. You can build an 8 from 6 and 2 and from 5 and 3. If you have an eight you can take all cards. The next player is left with an empty table and must put one of his cards in the middle.

  25. i was in jail 2 years. you cant play this with 4 people. Its a two person game.

  26. This is similar to the italian card game SCOPA.

  27. I remember back in summer 2010, i was on a holiday i Greece with my patents and my best friend back then. My father learned me and my friend this card game, and we loved it so much! We wouldn’t go to bed because of this rather simple card game! In the last 10 years i’ve totally forgot everything about hvis game and randomly fell over this again! Thank you!

  28. that's pretty much what italians call SCOPA played with a regular deck of cards instead o the italian one
