  1. When you put a card back in the pole remember the card underneath and you know what the next card will be.

  3. you shuffle it 8 times then alternate shuffle, and with maths you always end up with the last card, aka the one you showed

    its the same thing as doing the "think of a number, double it, divide it by your number. is your answer 2?"
