I used to laugh and make fun of how ridiculous this show is but then I realized I used to think this show was the shit when I was younger.
I find this really weird… like… Kaiba says he can't defeat yugi with just a god card… because he's a main character. He clearly seems to understand that his status as main character means that he will never win… and yet he tries anyway. It's almost as if he is a Camuean Sisyphus engaging in an absurd task simply to do it.
I remember watching this episode when it first came out and almost pissing my pants laughing when Kaiba's finger got sliced by the helicopter 🤣🤣
